The beauty of this pack…and the others presumably in the series…is that not only does it have useful content for a school-based mentor or coach with regard to their own CPD , it equips the teacher to organise workshops relating to CPD for other colleagues.The pack will provide the CPD coordinator with high-quality up-to-date materials in one place. The toolkit will enable them to construct a development programme tailored to the needs of their own school.
This is an outstanding resource.I like the flexibility of being able to choose activities not only by type but also by the estimated time that it would take to undertake them.
The CD Rom is a user friendly planning tool with well-prepared resources to use with staff. The exercises are varied and imaginative.
