Coaching Skills and Techniques for the 14-19 workforce
The 14-19 Diploma Support programme has been complimented by the use of coaching skills and techniques as tools for embedding 14-19 reforms in schools, colleges and workplace providers. CUREE trained a group of specialists and developed a new pack of resources for this programme which was managed by SSAT for LSIS.
The resources within the pack comprise a series of practice-based, development activities, illuminated by animations, online tools and resources and summaries of key evidence.
Resources are designed to help support 14-19 colleagues as they embed excellence in applied learning in day-to-day practice. Line leads can draw on the resources to help overcome challenges in their role as a practitioner coach.
