The sessions aims to support Little Heath school teachers to:
- Develop an understanding of the rationale and research evidence for coaching
- Explore the similarities, distinctions between and uses of different approaches to coaching
- Develop the skills and understanding needed to use coaching and mentoring as a key school improvement tool
- Build skills and capacity in coaching in order to enhance support, communication and co-operation
- Utilise the resources to further develop coaching and mentoring in their schools
